3. Payment & Refund Policy

For any paid counselling or premium service packages:

• Payments must be made in full prior to the commencement of services.
• Refunds are subject to our service-specific refund policy and will only be considered if a request is made within 7 days of payment, provided no extensive counselling sessions have been conducted.
• Application fees paid to third-party institutions are non-refundable through GuidingMonk.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when utilizing our services. Any misrepresentation of academic records or identity may result in the termination of services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, and materials on this website are the intellectual property of GuidingMonk. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
